Yes, you can modify your order within 2 days of the order confirmation. After this period, modifications may incur a restocking fee of 50%. To modify your order, please contact us at sales@moanne.com.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and size of the order and will be calculated and added at checkout.
Our products are handmade to order. Production typically takes around 8 weeks, with additional time for delivery. Custom orders and large quantities may take between 12 to 24 weeks.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify the delivering carrier immediately and file a notification of claim. Also, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damages at sales@moanne.com. Keep the original packaging for any potential returns.
Returns and Warranty
Yes, our products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or alterations.
We accept returns of defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt. If a piece is damaged, we will assess whether a repair or refund is the best course of action.
