Yes. Dimensions, finishes and materials are fully customisable on all pieces. Contact us with your project details and we will put together a quote.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

You can modify your order within 2 days of confirmation. After that, changes depend on where the piece is in production. Write us and we will find a solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Moanne ships worldwide. We have active clients across Europe, the United States and the Gulf region, and ship to any destination on request. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and piece size.

How long does production take?

All pieces are handmade to order. Production typically takes approximately 8 weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit. Custom or large orders may take between 12 and 24 weeks.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact the carrier immediately and notify us within 48 hours at sales@moanne.com with photos of the damage. Keep the original packaging and we will sort it out.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All pieces come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or alterations.

Moanne is a handmade furniture brand founded in Spain in 2015. Every piece is made to order and fully customisable. We work with small artisan workshops to keep traditional craft alive, and donate 1% of revenue to social causes. No stock, no mass production.
